These polo condos were built in 1975. Their 'front yard' is
36 acres of polo fields with beautiful ocean views. There are
8 tennis courts (6 lighted), pool, jacuzzi, and a gym. With views
of the Santa Ynez mountain range, the club provides a quiet and
peacful environment.
Every condo has large sliding glass doors that open to patios
or large sun decks. Each offers views of the polo fields, ocean,
and mountains.
Each condo has a fireplace and electric radiant heat in the
ceilings. The kitchens are all electric but the stoves can be
converted to gas. Many of the condos have been extensively remodeled
with approval from the homeowner's building committee and permits
when necessary.

Parking is one covered carport space per condo with a large
storage locker above. There is additional parking for the second
cars of guests. The condo entrance has an electronic security
gate that closes in the evening and the polo field entrance is
locked every night. One pet per condo.
Home Owner Dues — Each condo is on a ground floor, middle, or
top level. The Homeowner dues cover: water, gas, trash, laundry
rooms, pool, landscaping, earthquake insurance, street and building
maintenance, office, and onsite management. 1 bedroom, $317 per
month. 2 bedrooms, $420 per month. 3 bedrooms, $526 per month.
